This 27th episode, radiohost Christian Fischer has invited Italian techno dj Luca di Napoli for a djset and interview.

A name that stands out in Rio de Janeiro’s electronic music scene” This is how one may define the work of the Italian DJ and producer, Luca di Napoli, After numerous performances in myn of the main Club events in Rio de Janeiro and Brazil, Luca has clearly showed his tremendous capacity to conduct a dance floor with charisma and good taste. Now Luca is currently the resident DJ of “Pacha Buzios”, a nightclub located in Buzios, a resort town located in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

In his performance, Di Napoli captivates his audience with his refined technique and repertoire that include the best from Tech House, House and Techno, always with a lot of groove and quality found in very few DJ’s in the world. He’s a specialist in long and perfect mixes, and he is also known to perform with 3 decks. Di Napoli has been a great force behind the electronic music growth in Rio. His Artist Director work has earned him respect from the electronic music industry. The Project “Dbeatz” at Nuth Lounge, for examplewas the First weekly indoor electronic music party in Rio. “D Beatz” lasted for two years, from 2006 to 2008, and welcomed guest DJ’s every week. “House Connection” was another Luca’s succesful project that brought together 12000 people in just 4 editions. With these parties, he introduced top local and international DJ’s to the city of Rio de Janeiro. He also had the privilege to share decks with those DJs and was responsible for warming up for many of the them Carl Cox, Steve Angelo, Axwell, Mark Knight, Sebastian Ingroose, David Tort, Eddie Halliwell Dirty South, etc etc.. He has just launched his music production career and finished his first remix for the renowned DJ Christian Fischer, debuted in April 17, 2009 by Definition Records. His Remix has already had excellent Feedback from well-known producers like Josh Wink, Pierce and Anderson Noise. Luca continues to work on new material, and new tracks and remixes willl soon be released by UC Music and Definition Records.
